I recently attended a photography workshop where the instructor encouraged all of us who attended to change our business name to something "Short and simple". This seems to be esp essential when building a business website. He said something unique is also important. So....I am thinking
1) do I need to change my business name to something "short and simple"? I feel it is already unique, but that is just me.
2) If I do change it, what do I change it to?
So....I am asking all of you out there to maybe give me a hand. For all of you who know me, and those of you who know me well, know my talents, know my personality. I would love to see what suggestions you might make if you could help me name my photography business.
I will look forward to seeing comments soon! Thanx tons for lending a hand and an extra brain - things I seem to really be in need of lately.....THANX

You already use "PMR" as the short version of your current business name. I think it's about as short and simple as you could hope for. :+)
PMR doesnt say anything though - they are just letters, they dont say anything about me or my work
I really like Photo Moments by Rory. It states who and what. I think that is short and sweet enough. There are enough who go by letters. Means nothing to me. I think your current name is very descriptive. I think you would be hard put to find something shorter that is so descriptive.
Just my two cents.

I like the one that you have now. Its very unique, and original, and I think it says something about your work, and about you.
I too like the one you have now...something about the word moments is very warm.
I can't really add anything, I totally agree that Photo Moments by Rory sounds wonderful! Maybe you could consider making it one word: Photomoments by Rory or PhotoMoments by Rory.
