The kids decided that 630am was as long as they were going to wait, and that is when we got pounced on. The kids did a great job taking turns with presents and being excited and thankful to each other for gifts received.
Since little sleep was had during the night, just about everyone crashed for morning naps. After naps, we had a yummy brunch of our traditional dessert waffles.
The afternoon was filled with a surprise visit from Grandma and Papa, more extra fun gifts, the kids performing their recital pieces, group singing around the piano, books, games, and of course yummy food.
The evening was dinner and crazy games and fun at Kari's. The cousins dont get to see each other very often, so it was a blast to see them running around all over in a "marshmallow war" and trying to pelt each other with marshmallows shot through homemade blowguns. The dinner and all the desserts were amazing, and the crazy games gave us the perfect ideas for Ceana's upcoming birthday party. All in all, I think a fun time was had by everyone.
