Recently discovered Dutch Bros. smoothies. Today I stopped to snag one for me and Ky on our way down to the hospital.
There were cute college students working this morning. One of them asked me what we were up to this morning. I responded that I was on my way down to the hospital for chemo all day. I told him that the smoothies have become my special chemo day treat for myself.
When it was time to pay for our treats, he only charged me for Ky's. He wouldn't let me pay for mine and said it was their treat. Aw, isn't that so kind?
